Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to provide mortuary services under an indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract will have a base year with four 12-month option years and a potential 6-month extension. The award will be based on price and past performance, and this solicitation is set aside 100% for Total Small Business concerns. This is not a new requirement, as services are currently provided under a yearly purchase order. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
