The Bureau of Prisons at FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey, seeks commercial items for the inmate population and will award by line item to the lowest responsive/responsible offeror. Offerors must be SAM-registered, accept EFT payment, quote only the specified items without changing descriptions or units, and avoid limiting phrases such as “all or none.” Required documents include a completed SF 1449 with specified blocks, an Excel bid sheet showing company name and unit prices, and the Contractor Information Sheet. Quotes must be emailed to the designated Contract Specialist and CC address with the required all-caps subject line; no other mail method is accepted.
