The Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey, seeks commercial subsistence items for the inmate population, with awards made by line item to the lowest responsive/responsible offeror. Bread items 158–160 will be evaluated together and will not be split among multiple vendors. Awarded vendors must be registered in SAM and accept EFT payment. Offerors must submit an Excel bid sheet with company name and unit prices, a completed SF 1449, and a Contractor Information Sheet by email to the designated BOP contacts, and must closely observe the specified delivery dates. Any changes to specified items, descriptions, units, or solicitation terms may cause rejection.
