Dix intends to issue solicitation 15BFTD22Q00000033 for the acquisition of three (3) Similator Training Units used for vocational training in the Education Department. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by January 31, 2023. Delivery shall be sent to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ft. Dix, 5756 Hartford St, JBMDL New Jersey . Award shall be based upon lowest price technically available, if the specification meets the requirements. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor.
