The Facilities Department requires two new unused gas water heaters. Similiar to model BRH400A300 (Series e) A O Smith. Gas Water Heaters must be energy efficient and shall abide to all local and federal environmental standards. Installation is not included. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing and a total small business set-aside. Interested parties are instructed to read and abide by the instructed materials in the attachments regarding method of submitting quotes/bids. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Questions to this solicitation may be submitted Mr. Jeremy Ramos @ jjramos@bop.gov no later than February 04, 2022. Closing date to solicitation is February 10, 2022, with an approximate award date of February 15, 2022. On February 10, 2022, an amendment was established.
