Dix intends to issue solicitation 15BFTD22Q00000008 for the acquisition of subsistence food products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by January 14, 2022. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Ft. Dix, 5756 Hartford St, JBMDL New Jersey . The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor.
