FCI FORT DIX FY21 2nd, 3rd & 4th QTR EGGS SYNOPSIS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, intends to issue solicitation 15BFTD21Q00000011 for the acquisition of fresh Eggs. The estimated quantities are: 750 Cases, Fresh Eggs for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter of fiscal year 2021. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of January 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, Food Service Warehouse, 5754 Hartford Street, Joint Base MDL, NJ, 08640, as required before 9 AM EST on delivery date. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 1, 2020 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website transitioned to www.beta.SAM.gov. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is December 9, 2020, 6:00am EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
