FCI Fort Dix FY20 2ND QTR DAIRY SYNOPSIS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, intends to issue solicitation 15BFTD20Q00000007 for the acquisition of dairy products. The estimated quarterly quantities are: 240,000 half pints of skim or fat free kosher certified fresh milk and 440 containers of cottage cheese. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of January 2, 2020 through March 31, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, Food Service Warehouse, 5754 Hartford Street, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor.
