FCI Fort Dix FY20 Subsistence Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, intends to issue solicitation 15BFTD20Q00000005 for the acquisition of various food products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with Full delivery by October 15, 2019. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, Food Service Warehouse, 5754 Hartford Street, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 8, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is August 16, 2019 6:00am EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card.
