Amendment 0001 extends the Solicitation due date from January 30, 2026 to February 13, 2026 to allow for more time to provide responses to questions asked. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting quotations for liquid sanitary waste disposal and grease pumping services at FCI Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona. Services include all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and disposal necessary to perform recurring waste collection services at multiple on-site locations, including wastewater treatment plant components, lift stations, and grease traps. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Contract with unit pricing per collection event. Quantities provided are estimated only and are for pricing and evaluation purposes. Payment will be made only for services actually performed and accepted. **A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Tuesday January 20, 2026 at 10:00. Contractor will furnish all labor, supplies and materials needed to remove the liquid sanitary waste at FCI, FPC and Mesa Housing Unit - Phoenix, Arizona. 1. Location A: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) headworks (1,200 gallons). Frequency: Once per week, 52 times per year. 2. Location B: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) East and West Effluent Pumps (500 gallons). Frequency: Once per quarter, 4 times per year. 3. Location C: FPC lift-station (500 gallons). Frequency: Once per week, 52 times per year. 4. Location D: FCI Food Service grease trap (6,000 gallon tank). Once per quarter, 4 times per year. 5.
