The attachment includes brand-name part numbers, manufacturer details, and technical data. While brand-name items are identified, quoters may propose "equal" products. However, for any proposed equivalent items, technical documentation must be submitted to demonstrate compliance with the specifications. Failure to provide sufficient supporting data may result in the quote being considered non-responsive. Quotes shall include the following: Unit and total pricing for all line items, Manufacturer name and part numbers, Product descriptions and technical data sheets, Estimated lead times, Any applicable freight or delivery charges.
