The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution in Phoenix, Arizona (FCI-Phoenix), located at 37900 N. 45th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona, 85086, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials for the removal, and complete installation of three (3) combo freezer/cooler units and one (1) freezer located in Food Service Warehouse. The work shall be performed in accordance with this Scope of Work any other mandated requirements.

Contractor shall safely remove three (3) combo freezer/cooler units and one (1) freezer located in Food Service Warehouse. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials (breakers, conduit, disconnects, accessories for electrical supply, etc.), equipment, certifications, and training needed to replace the refrigeration units, doors, and hardware. This also includes the recovery of refrigerants, its proper handling, and removal of existing refrigeration units.
