The new dishwasher must be able to wash a minimum of 10,000 dishes per hour. It will feature an Automatic Soil Removal (ASR) system, Energy Recovery, steam booster heater, insulated cabinet doors, door interlocks, door and drain indicators, capless wash arms with anti-clogging nozzles, delime system, low temperature alert, and dual rinse. The conveyor system will be 30 inches wide and designed for plates and trays.The conveyor system will have a maximum rod spacing of 2.5 inches and a minimum finger height 3 inches. It will have a maximum water usage of 60 gph. The dishwasher will be a vented unit. Lastly, the new dishwasher will have a minimum 1 year manufactures warranty.
