The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of Mobile and MRI and CT Services for the Adults in Custody (AIC) Population at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC)), located at 5880 State Highway 67 South, Florence, Colorado 81226. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirement contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, with four (4) one-year option years, with a 6-month extension. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621512 – Diagnostic Imaging Centers, (Size Standard of $19.0 Million). This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Mobile MRI and CT Services will be performed on-site through the Mobile Unit, provided by the contractor, at the ADX, USP, FCI and FPC at FCC Florence. General information about FCC Florence can be found at www.bop.gov. The Contractor shall provide the various Mobile Radiology Services to FCC Florence. The schedule will be determined by the FCC Florence. The number of AICs examined per session is subject to vary for each visit depending upon the need of FCC Florence. The session(s) will ordinarily be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Based on previously required services, an estimated number of 215 MRI scans and 100 CT scans per year will be performed. For the 6-month extension, there will be an estimated number of 107 MRI scans and 50 CT scans. Services are required to be provided by the contractor in accordance with the Statement of Work. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 16, 2025, and will be distributed solely through the website at www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
