The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby solicitation 15BFA025B00000043 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project titled SHU/GHU Roof Replacement at the United States Penitentiary (USP) located in Pennignton Gap, VA. USP Lee is a federal correctional facility located at Hickory Flats Road, Pennington Gap, VA 24277. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the SHU/GHU Roof Replacement at USP Lee. The Statement of Work attachment included with the solicitation provides complete requirements for the project. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19.0 million.
