The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15BFA025B00000036 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Switchgear at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Estill, South Carolina. FCI Estill is a federal correctional institution located at 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction to replace the existing damaged switchgear, modify the existing switchgear room, and replace a portion of the underground loop at FCI Estill. Specification, Drawings, and FBOP Statement of Work attachments included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project. The solicitation will be posted at a later date.
