Amendment 0002: This amendment is hereby incorporated to include Contract Clause: DOJ 05 Security of Department Information and Systems (OCT 2023) The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Parking Spaces. Parking Spaces will be provided at the Northeast Regional Office located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812930 with a Size Standard of $47 million. This acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years for renewal at the discretion of the Government. Specific details will be included in the solicitation packet. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 19, 2023. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.
