This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for the provision of Mobile Diagnostic services. The requirement will include a base year performance period and four additional one-year performance periods.
