This solicitation has been amended again to bring awareness of the fact that Ophthalmologist was removed and replaced with Optometrist (session based). Please see the revised MCAS Solicit Pkg_Mod 4 and submit or resubmit a proposal accordingly. Due to this revision, the solicitation has been extended. The new deadline is February 21, 2023. Please note the information below... 1) Optometry Services is not part of the requirement; this is a typo. 2) Oral Surgery is part of the requirement and is based on session rates. 3) The CBSA and Wage Index is correct for FCI Aliceville. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed output. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include Inpatient/Outpatient physician and facility services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is a requirement type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows: Inpatient Days: 187 estimated days, Outpatient Visits: 655 estimated visits Due to the volume of Information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about November 9, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
