The services will encompass the provision of AOE-Programs – HVAC and Welding. The contractor will provide instruction in HVAC and welding that will qualify inmate graduates for at least an entry level position in the industries. These services will be provided for the prisoners held in the custody of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) La Tuna 8500 Doniphan Anthony, Texas 79821.
