The FCI has an established connection for wastewater utility services that is operational. The facility houses an inmate population and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221320 with a Small Business Size Standard for $22.0M. The contractor will provide wastewater utility services to the designated point of service and/or meter connection. Any result contract will have a performance period of with a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years in duration. The anticipated contract is a ten-year, requirements type contract with a firm-fixed price per each year. A governmental solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result.
