The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-types contract with firm fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist a 12 month base year with four 12 month option years for renewal at the discretion of the Government. Specific details will be included in the solicitation packet. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations.
