A COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICATION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE THAT WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS TO RESPOND TO THIS OPPORTUNITY. Pursuant of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project lies between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. (Note: This range is one of eight available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has been established/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). Federal Correctional Institution Dublin is located @ 5701 8th st. Dublin Ca, 94568. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work. The project includes the construction and start-up of (1) new 25’ x 20’ exterior rated freezer with built in floor. Attached is a copy of the Statement of Work that outlines the requirements for the contractor.
