Dear Quoter: Accompanying this cover letter is a Request for Quote (RFQ) prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Dublin (FCI), CA, for the acquisition of Quarterly Subsistence. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a quote for evaluation. When submitting your quote, the quoter should consider all information provided herein. Please carefully follow all instructions located in the solicitation package concerning content, format, and submission of quotes. All quotations must be received on or before the deadline of September 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time). Quotations shall be submitted via email to DUB-Quotes-S@bop.gov. Quotations submitted via United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (Fed-Ex), United States Parcel Service (UPS), etc., will NOT be accepted. Mailed or hand-carried quotes must be delivered to the Contracting Officer or to the contracting office at the address shown above no later than the time specified as the deadline for receipt of quote. The official point for hand-carried quote will be the front lobby area of the FCI of the address listed above. Faxed bids will NOT be accepted. Please do not submit quotes to any locations other than the ones listed above. Quotes received after the deadline will be processed pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-1(f).
