The Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) seeks one contractor to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health, and sex offender services for male and female offenders residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC), and/or on home confinement, or on Federal Location Monitoring (FLM) in Evansville, Indiana. Treatment services are to be provided in-person and may also be delivered by audiovisual, real time, two-way, interactive communication (telehealth), per SOW requirements. This requirement will ensure offender accountability is maintained and offenders will not have long commutes to the treatment center, reduce offender transportation costs and ensure that public transportation is available. All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of Indiana.
