The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment services. The contractor will provide services within a 10 mile radius of the U.S. Post Office located at 4801 N. 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on August 1, 2023 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on July 31, 2028. The request for quote will be available on or after May 25, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website (www.sam.gov). Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
