The Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) seeks a contractor to provide community-based outpatient substance use, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC), Federal Location Monitoring (FLM), and on home confinement in Manchester, Kentucky. Services requested are substance use intake, substance use assessment and report, substance use individual counseling, substance use group counseling, substance use family counseling, mental health intake, mental health assessment and report, psychiatric evaluation and report, mental health individual counseling, mental health family counseling, medication monitoring, dual diagnosis intake, dual diagnosis intake assessment and report, crisis intervention, sex offender intake, sex -offender-specific evaluation and report, sex offender individual counseling, sex offender group counseling, sex offender family counseling, MAT psychiatric evaluation and report. All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision , in the state where services will be rendered. Services are needed within a seven (7) mile radius of the Manchester Circuit Judge at 316 Main Street Manchester , KY 40962. This is a rural area with limited public transportation
