The Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) seeks a contractor to provide community-based outpatient substance use, mental health treatment services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and on home confinement in Boise, Idaho. Services requested are: substance use intake, substance use assessment and report, substance use individual counseling, substance use group counseling, substance use family counseling, mental health intake, mental health assessment and report, psychiatric evaluation and report, crisis intervention, mental health individual counseling, administration of medication, medication monitoring, mental health group counseling, and transportation. All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state where services will be rendered. The location where services are to be provided need within a ten (10) mile radius of the United States Post Office, 770 S. 13th St. Boise, ID 83708, and 1/2 mile of public transportation. This requirement will ensure the contractor is located within walking distance of public transportation and inmates are not walking long distances in adverse weather.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment services in the Boise, Idaho. area. These services must be provided within a ten (10) mile radius of the United States Post Office, 770 S. 13th St. Boise, ID 83708, and 1/2 mile of public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on July 01, 2021 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on June 30, 2026. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of Idaho and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.
