These services will have to be provided within a 10 mile radius of the United States Post Office located at 520 Willamette St. Eugene, OR within ½ mile from a public transit bus stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on March 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on January 31, 2026.
