The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Fargo, North Dakota area. These services will have to be provided within within a 10 mile radius of the United States Court Clerk Office at 655 1st Avenue, Ste 130, Fargo, ND, 58102, and a 0.5 mile walk to MATBUS transportation stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on August 01, 2020 with nine ( 9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on July 31, 2030. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of North Dakota and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.
