The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Fargo, North Dakota area. These services will have to be provided within within a 10 mile radius of the United States Court Clerk Office at 655 1st Avenue, Ste 130, Fargo, ND, 58102, and a 0.5 mile walk to MATBUS transportation stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on August 01, 2020 with nine ( 9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on July 31, 2030. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of North Dakota and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 35 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 35 inmates = 35 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 35 inmates = 35 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 35 inmates = 1680 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 35 inmates = 2520 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 36 units (per inmate) x 9 inmates = 324 units Base Year: Estimated Number of Mental Health Inmates=20 Mental Health Treatment Services: Mental Health Intake (one per inmate) for 20 inmates = 20 assessments Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report (one per inmate) for 20 inmates = 20 reports Psychiatric Evaluation & Report = 1 report per authorized inmate x 20 inmates = 20 reports Crisis Intervention (one per inmate) for 6 inmates= 6 units Mental Health Individual Counseling (30 minutes =1 unit) 48 units per inmate for 20 inmates = 960 units Mental Health Medication Monitoring (6 visits per inmate) for 20 inmates = 120 monitoring visits Adminstration of Medication (6 units per inmate) for 2 inmate= 12 units Mental Health Group Counseling (30 minutes =1 unit) 36 units per inmate for 20 inmates = 720 units Base Year: Estimated Number of Sex Offender Inmates=5 Sex Offender Treatment Services: Sex Offender Intake (one per inmate) for 5 inmates = 5 assessments Sex Offender Specific Evaluation and Report (one per inmate) for 5 inmates = 5 reports Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 5 inmates = 240 units Sex Offender Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 5 inmates = 360 units Sex Offender Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 2 inmate = 24 units
