The contractor will provide services within a 5 mile radius of Rochester City Hall located at 30 Church St. Rochester, NY 14614, and must also be located within a half-mile radius from accessible public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on February 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on January 31, 2026.
