The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in Louisville, Kentucky. The services provided should be within a five (5) mile radius of the United States Federal Courthouse located at 601 West Broadway, Louisville, Kentucky, 40202 and within a 0.50 mile walk from a public transportation stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2019 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2024 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.
