G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Cleveland, OH The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. The contractors will provide services within a 10 mile radius of Cleveland City Hall located at 601 Lakeside Ave. Cleveland, OH 44114, and must also be located within a half-mile radius from a Greater Cleveland RTA stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on July 1, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on June 30, 2025. The services required for this contract include a Base Year and Option Years One through Four. The following services are required and may be subcontracted to another licensed contractor. The request for quote will be available on or after April 14, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Beta SAM.gov website (beta.sam.gov). Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
