The location must also be within 5 mile radius of the Kearney City Hall, 18 22nd Street, Kearney, NE 68847. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on September 01, 2019 with three (3) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on August 31, 2023. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, and Option Year Three respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Inmates = 15 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorize inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 intakes.
