The Food Service Department will place one weekly order for fresh baked bread produced no more than 4 days before delivery (frozen bread not permitted), delivered each Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM starting November 3, 2026, and ending March 31, 2027, except federal holidays with mutually agreed alternate arrangements. Award is anticipated on or about October 30, 2026, and will be based on best value considering total aggregate price and past performance, with the government reserving the right to make a single award.
