Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to perform specific maintenance and startup services on three York Paraflow chillers at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY. All work must be completed no later than April 24, 2026, and will be performed on-site at 80 29th Street between the hours of 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM. The award will be made to the responsible contractor offering the lowest price with acceptable past performance. Prospective bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with the Service Contract Act.
