Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside for the supply and delivery of epoxy flooring materials for shower floors and cove bases at FCI Thomson in Illinois. The procurement is for materials only, covering 4,000 square feet of flooring and 3,100 linear feet of integral cove. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 3, 2026. The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price and will be awarded using a Lowest Price – Technically Acceptable evaluation method. All materials must be delivered to the Federal Correctional Institution in Thomson, IL.
