The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on December 11, 2023 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The Government intends to establish a blanket purchase agreement from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government and provides the best value. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requests for technical and or contractual clarification are to be submitted by email to exkrause@bop.gov. Questions must be received no later than December 6, 2023 at 3:00: PM Pacific Standard Time. When submitting the quote, please ensure to fill out the attached solicitation and submit once completed. Quotes must be received no later than December 11, 2023 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Update 11/29/2023 : Milk will be delivered unless otherwise noted on Tuesdays and Fridays, averaging 10,000 units per week with half delivered on Tuesdays and the second half on Fridays. The exception will be if any of these days fall on a Federal Holiday.
