Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution in Herlong, CA, intends to issue a solicitation for Quarterly Subsistence, set aside for total small businesses. The contract is firm-fixed price, with delivery required by April 17, 2026, and late deliveries will negatively impact performance evaluations. The solicitation will be available on or after February 24, 2026, and will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website. Award will be based on price and past performance, where poor performance may result in a bid not being considered.
