This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the following: Replace Food Service Makeup Air Unit (MAUs). The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award based on price, technical capability, and past performance. Please quote on brand name or equal to Reznor Model RPBL-1200 Makeup Air Units. Estimated Date of Award is March 18, 2022. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://www.sam.gov.
