The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award to a qualified responsible entity for annual fire detection system testing, annual fire sprinkler/riser testing, and semi-annual ANSUL kitchen hood fire system maintenance at USP Atwater, 1 Federal Way, Atwater, CA 95301, including the Federal Prison Camp. The contractor must obtain any required permits and perform the work in accordance with NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and NFPA 96 across the specified fire alarm, sprinkler/riser, fire pump, and kitchen hood systems. Performance occurs inside a high-security federal penitentiary, requiring NCIC background clearances for all personnel, strict tool/equipment inventory and control, and prohibition of contraband such as cell phones, personal electronics, cameras, weapons, and drugs.
