The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex located at 3901 Klein Blvd., Lompoc, CA, 93436 intends to make a single, firm-fixed price award to a responsible entity that will perform monthly visits in order to maintain, monitor and provide reporting on 9 (nine) steam boilers, 8 (eight) heating hot water boilers, and 3 (three) heating hot water loops. The vendor will provide a qualified technician and will provide all necessary chemicals, equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals. The contractor is responsible for providing testing, results and products to maintain steam and heating hot water infrastructure as outlined in section B. in the attached Scope of Work. This contract will be for a Base Year with 2 Option Years. Place of Performance: Federal Correctional Complex, 3901 Klein Blvd, Lompoc, CA, 93436 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5. SITE VISIT- offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance.
