The Federal Correctional Complex in Lompoc, California contemplates award of a single firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation, found technically acceptable and represents the best value to the Government, at a fair and reasonable price. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The service will be performed at the FCC Lompoc, California, 3901 Klein Blvd, Lompoc, CA 93436. This facility houses incarcerated male medium security inmates. SCOPE OF WORK:The Contractor shall provide to the Government facility located in Lompoc, California, elevator maintenance service in a manner and form that is consistent with (1) all applicable laws, regulations, permits and elevator codes and (2) the facility’s service requirements. Please see attached SOW. Quarterly Elevator Maintenance is required for (4) hydraulic and (1) traction elevator in accordance with Statement of Work. Period of Performance shall be for Base, plus three (3) Option Periods beginning upon contract award date. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to kxsua@bop.gov due no later than December 12, 2022, 12:00 PM PST. Reference Solicitation. Phone calls are not permitted. VOLUNTARY SITE VISIT: A volunatry site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 11am located at 3901 Klein Blvd., Lompoc, CA, 93436. Interested small business contractors are requested to send the completed NCIC (attached) clearance form to kxsua@bop.gov, which will be requried in order to attend the site visit scheduled on December 6, 2022.
