This is a firm-fixed-price Request for Quotation for 3rd Quarter Subsistence, restricted to 100% small businesses. Services must be performed with delivery to the Food Service Warehouse at the Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California. All deliverables must be received on or before April 15, 2026. Award will be based on a best-value determination weighing price and past performance approximately equally. All quotes and questions must be submitted via email to the specified point of contact.
