All responsible sources must submit a written quote on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – SF 1449), which will be considered for award. The date for receipts of quotes is no later than 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Thursday, September 7th, 2023.
