The Federal Bureau of Prisons ? Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Landfill services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Tucson, located in Tucson, AZ. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. It is estimated there will be approximately 2400 tons per year, with approximately two loads per week. FCC Tucson will provide containers and the transportation to the landfill, which must be within 20 miles of the Institution. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal. All other requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about September 9, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov.
