Line item 0005 was added to include cost estimate for Removal and Disposal of... The SF 1449 was amended to include wording "See Statement of Work for specification" to line items 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004. Line item 0005 was added to include cost estimate for Removal and Disposal of existing boiler. There were minor changes to the Contract Clauses and Provisions. Changes were made to the Statement of Work paragraph 1.(a) and (d). Additional pictures are included.
