Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Water & Sewer services at a proposed Federal Correctional Institution Terminal Island located in San Pedro, CA. The institution houses approximately 1100 inmates in addition to, warehouse space and other generic institutional elements. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 4941(Water) and 4952(Sewer). The North American is 221320 (Water & Sewer) and size standard of $7.0 million for Water & Sewer services. The contractor will provide Water & Sewer services including transportation to the institution. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required for Water & Sewer services to the designated service point. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years duration. The anticipated contract is a ten-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. This synopsis is being issued for the continuation of Electricity and Water & Sewer services. NO FUNDING IS AVAILABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION OR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS. Do not submit capability statements.
