Hello Interested Bidders, The purpose of this solicitation is to introduce a 1-year (12 months) service contract at FCI Terminal Island based in San Pedro, California (Los Angeles County). The landscaping maintenance that is required is grass mowing, weeds care, ornamental plant care. A statement of work is included as an attachment. An overall estimate and approximate area dimensions will also be included in this solicitation. It's is highly recommended that bidders conduct an on-site visit prior to submitting their bid.
