The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, OR intends to issue solicitation 15B61221Q00000012, for the acquisition of food items to the Federal Correctional Institution Sheridan, in Sheridan, OR. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery set as REQUIRED during the month of April 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2021. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered. Evaluation factors are past performance, technical, and price. With past performance and technical significantly more important than price. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 1, 2021 and will be posted to the beta.sam website: www.beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt quotes is March12, 2021 at 10am PST. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted, excluding the exceptions outlined in FAR 4.1102(a).
